So let’s build a bill of materials for a body.

A bill of materials is an inventory: which molecules are present, how many of each there are, and where they are.
The genome gives us part of the picture, but not the whole living system.
You can’t train a language model on a dictionary alone. You can’t train a biological world model on a genome alone.
Biology is complex. Learning it takes data in context: where molecules are, what they’re next to, and how they’re organized.
